No calorie diet! Try it.


So there are many diet freaks and this one's for them. I've tried it myself and it worked very well for me.
It's basically a meal you can have every now and then and trust me, you won't have to weigh down your pocket for it.
Ingredients:
Chicken cubes, chickpeas,onion,tomato, water, olive oil and egg white.

Recipe:
1- take 7 tbsp of chickpeas and put them on the flame to get boiled.
2-add a tea spoon of olive oil on a pan along with quater tea spoon of salt and pepper.
3.add a egg after beating it over.
4.cut 1 small sized onion and 1 tomato in a boil and add it in the mixture.
5. Put pan on the flame, and let it cook for 5 mins then add the boiled chickpeas in it.
6- lastly add a chicken cube, cover the pan and go sit around in your lounge for 15 minutes,
7- Check the pan after minutes, it'll be burnt and smelling very bad.
8-Do the dishes, grab a glass of water.
9- Trust me, even that tastes like heavens after this. :)
